Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms govern the purchase and use of the digital product “SkyTycoon Pro” (the “Software”) via skytycoon.info and related services.

2. Subject matter

We grant a non-exclusive licence to use the Software as a lifetime licence for the purchased version as described in the product materials, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

3. Digital delivery

Delivery is effected by providing a licence key and/or download access. Delivery is complete when access can reasonably be obtained by the customer.

4. Server continuity & offline guarantee

SkyTycoon Pro is sold as a perpetual lifetime licence. If the central online service is discontinued for technical or commercial reasons or becomes permanently unavailable, your right to use the Software does not expire. The desktop application will automatically and irrevocably enable the full unrestricted offline career mode. All locally stored career data on your machine remain available to you.

5. Restrictions

You must not enable unauthorised use by third parties, remove copyright notices, engage in piracy (including circumvention of technical protections), or perform reverse engineering beyond what mandatory law allows.

6. Updates

Unless expressly promised, there is no entitlement to future updates or compatibility with future simulator versions.

7. Liability

Liability follows applicable law; for slight negligence we are liable only for breach of material obligations and limited to typical foreseeable damages where permitted.

8. Governing law

German law applies to the extent permitted; venue as provided by law for merchants or foreign customers without domestic jurisdiction.
